The Opportunity

The Quality Supervisor is responsible for leading daily quality operations and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality products across Integra’s manufacturing environment. This role provides direct leadership to quality personnel while overseeing inspections, testing, audits, and compliance with internal standards, customer requirements, and regulatory expectations.

The Quality Supervisor serves as a key partner to Production and Engineering, driving quality performance through team development, process discipline, and continuous improvement initiatives. This position plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity of the quality management system and fostering a culture of quality, accountability, and operational excellence.

What you will do?

  • Leads and mentors the Quality Control team, establishing clear expectations, providing coaching, and ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards. This role oversees daily quality operations, including inspections, audits, and testing activities, ensuring products meet specifications and compliance requirements.
  • The position reviews and approves quality documentation such as inspection reports, certifications, and test records, ensuring accuracy and traceability. The Quality Supervisor supports root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action efforts, guiding teams through problem-solving processes to resolve quality issues effectively.
  • This role collaborates closely with Production and Engineering to identify quality risks, implement process improvements, and enhance product consistency and efficiency. The Quality Supervisor monitors performance metrics, identifies trends, and drives initiatives to reduce defects, improve throughput, and strengthen process reliability.
  • The position ensures compliance with regulatory, customer, and internal quality standards, supporting internal and external audits (including ISO certifications) and maintaining the plant’s quality management system. The Quality Supervisor also develops and delivers training programs to reinforce quality standards and best practices across the organization.
  • Additionally, the role participates in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives, driving continuous improvement efforts and fostering a culture of quality awareness. Other duties may be assigned to support operational and organizational objectives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or related field preferred
  • Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered
  • 10+ years of experience in quality control within a manufacturing environment
  • 3–5+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in quality or operations
  • Experience supporting inspections, audits, and compliance programs
  • Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives preferred
  • Strong knowledge of quality control principles and manufacturing processes
  • Proficiency in quality management systems (QMS) and statistical process control (SPC)
  • Experience with root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective action implementation
  • Ability to lead teams and drive accountability
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • High attention to detail and focus on results

Preferred Qualifications

  • Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher) preferred
  • ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification preferred
  • Additional quality certifications (CQE, CQA, etc.) are a plus
