  • Lead daily Quality Control activities supporting coolant plate machining, inspection, and production execution.

  • Provide hands-on quality support to manufacturing operations, including first-piece inspection, in-process inspection, final inspection, and production release.

  • Ensure inspection activities are performed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, control plans, work instructions, and customer requirements.

  • Support production readiness by verifying inspection methods, inspection points, sampling plans, and reaction plans.

  • Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, NPI, and Operations teams to resolve quality issues and improve process performance.

  • Support containment, segregation, disposition, and communication of nonconforming material.

  • Drive timely escalation of quality risks, inspection failures, and production-impacting issues.

Quality Assurance & Process Compliance-
  • Support implementation and execution of site Quality Management System requirements.

  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, internal procedures, customer requirements, and applicable product/process controls.

  • Support internal audits, layered process audits, process verification, and production readiness assessments.

  • Assist in maintaining control plans, inspection plans, quality alerts, standard work, and quality records.

  • Support corrective and preventive action activities, including root cause analysis, containment, corrective action verification, and effectiveness checks.

  • Monitor quality performance trends and support improvement actions related to defects, escapes, rework, scrap, and inspection findings.

CMM Inspection & Programming-
  • Own CMM inspection execution and support CMM program development, validation, and maintenance.

  • Create, modify, and troubleshoot CMM programs based on engineering drawings, CAD models, GD&T requirements, and inspection strategy.

  • Ensure CMM programs are properly controlled, revision-aligned, and validated prior to production use.

  • Support fixture development and validation for CMM inspection, including part orientation, repeatability, accessibility, and traceability.

  • Ensure inspection results are accurately linked to part serial number, job number, fixture location, and production lot where applicable.

  • Support measurement system analysis, including Gage R&R, repeatability studies, and correlation activities.

  • Maintain inspection equipment readiness, calibration status, and proper use of metrology tools.

Visual, 3D, and X-Ray Inspection-
