Key Responsibilities:
- Advocate and enhance our Safety Culture, emphasizing Food Safety and secure work environments.
- Uphold and advance SQF certification through rigorous adherence to GMP, Quality Procedures, and immaculate housekeeping, preparing the plant for audits and tours.
- Foster continuous improvements in our Quality at the Source initiative to ensure that team members in Processing and Packaging effectively perform quality checks.
- Facilitate cross-departmental communication, swiftly identifying and resolving production challenges.
- Generate detailed reports that keep management abreast of quality advancements and operational details.
- Collaborate closely with the Quality Assurance Department Manager, executing tasks as directed.
- Sustain and enhance systems that monitor food safety, quality benchmarks, and plant cleanliness.
- Cultivate a culture of safety, ensuring a secure work environment is universally acknowledged and implemented.
