Requirements: Quality Specialist
- Minimum of 4 years of experience supporting quality systems or manufacturing processes
- Proven experience in implementing or supporting MES rollouts, preferably within regulated industries like aerospace or defense
- Strong ability to develop, review, and revise controlled documentation such as SOPs, work instructions, and policies
- Familiarity with document control, change management, and compliance standards within a QMS environment
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills, with a talent for translating system and process changes into clear, user-friendly documentation
- Knowledge of digital work instructions, electronic batch records, or similar systems
- Ability to proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization
- Commitment to maintaining safety compliance and fostering a safe working environment
- Ability to work effectively on the floor and support real-time deployment activities
- Willingness to collaborate with Subject Matter Experts across departments to validate and implement process changes

- Experience supporting the deployment of paperless manufacturing solutions and training operators
Preferred Education and Experience: Quality Specialist
- An associate's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 4 years)
- Bachelor's Degree or higher is a plus
- Background in Quality Engineering disciplines or related fields
