What you will do:
- Manage the Document Management System (DMS)
- Support ISO and SQF culture and practices
- Assist with internal and external quality audits
- Support customer satisfaction surveys and initiatives
- Assist with quality issue resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Skills needed for success:
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience
- 1-2 years of quality and/or manufacturing experience
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and SQF standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Effectively work with cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience supporting quality audits and document management preferred
