Quality Review Specialist I
Monitor a pipeline of loans to ensure critical documents are received for a timely for disbursement and to support Service Level Agreement targets
Communicate with local offices, notaries and Signing Providers to receive signed documents timely
Complete a Compliance Review to confirm all funds are collected, all appropriate documents are checked for accuracy, signatures are collected, and acknowledgements and legal descriptions are correct in the critical document set to determine if resolution is required prior to disbursement
Responsible for owning resolution on defects identified during the Compliance Review of critical documents
May be responsible for outlier tasks to support the overall process
Deliver an accurate and error free product to our customers
Ensure that procedures are appropriately followed to minimize operational loss
This role is in Office with tasks aligned to working with original documents
Required Skills
Must be knowledgeable regarding mortgage recording requirements
Must possess excellent customer service within the office and with clients and customers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to operate within tight deadlines, have attention to detail and be self-motivated
