Performs root cause analysis to parts problems creates quality reports and report requests for suppliers. Identifies the dirt point and ensures the clean point of parts at the production line. Ensures that the scrapping costs are recorded to the root causer of parts quality issues and charged appropriately to the department responsible for the quality issues. ResponsibilitiesAppraisal of scrap parts and defect pars. Recording of quality costs to the root causerAssist in current projectsAssists in negotiations wit the supplier regarding scrap costs and cost regressAssists in creating quality measures for product and process optimizations together with suppliers and other internal departmentsCreation and tracking of PPAP planning with the local IT system LIBS" including to ensure in due time processing of the tests by the departmentsParticipates in regularly scheduled team meetingsPerforms analysis to find root causes and measures in case of quality problems in the serial productionPerforms and interprets quality checks and problem analysis with parts in case of quality claims and in case of quality surveillanceRecording testing and evaluation of primary samples.
