The Quality Officer at WVU Health System plays a pivotal role in developing and executing a vision for world-class quality and safety. This leadership position is responsible for planning and overseeing the implementation of key clinical quality and safety initiatives, collaborating with leadership teams, and fostering a culture of safety throughout the organization. The Quality Officer will drive continuous improvement, establish reporting structures, and ensure consistent oversight to achieve excellence in quality and safety standards.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field.
Certification in Healthcare Quality (e.g., CPHQ).
EXPERIENCE:
Seven or more years of progressive experience in healthcare quality and safety management.
Experience in strategic planning and leadership development.
Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
