We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Manager to lead and oversee all quality assurance and food safety programs within our manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for ensuring products meet regulatory standards, customer expectations, and internal specifications while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and compliance.

Job Details

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems and food safety programs (e.g., HACCP, GMP, SQF/BRC).
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory and industry standards.
Lead internal and external audits, including regulatory inspections and customer audits.
Manage quality control processes across production, including testing, inspection, and documentation.
Investigate non-conformances and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Collaborate cross-functionally with production, R&D, and supply chain teams.
Train and mentor staff on quality and food safety standards.
Monitor key quality metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, or related field.
5+ years of quality management experience in food manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, GFSI schemes).
Experience with audits, regulatory compliance, and documentation systems.
Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
