Job Description
  • Lead and continuously improve the site Quality Management System (QMS) to support business strategy and operational excellence.
  • Own nonconformance management, CAPA, and root cause analysis to drive sustainable corrective actions.
  • Establish, track, and analyze quality KPIs, using data to drive decisions and improvements.
  • Act as the primary quality interface for customers, managing audits, issue resolution, and ongoing relationships.
  • Lead internal, customer, supplier, and thirdparty audits, ensuring readiness and strong followup.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problemsolving tools.
  • Partner with Operations and Engineering to improve process capability, reduce variation, and eliminate waste.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain and Purchasing to drive supplier quality improvements.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Quality team while promoting a strong quality mindset across the site.

The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline (ABETaccredited preferred).
  • 6-10 years of experience in Quality Assurance within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong experience with ISObased quality systems and quality audits.
  • Proven background in CAPA, root cause analysis, and structured problemsolving methodologies (8D, DMAIC, PDCA).
  • Experience applying Lean and Six Sigma tools in a manufacturing setting.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence across crossfunctional teams.
