We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to oversee our Quality Management System (QMS) and lead the quality team.
This role ensures compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, customer requirements, and regulatory standards while driving continuous improvement.
- Supervise and develop Quality Engineers, Technicians, and Inspectors.
- Manage daily quality operations, inspection records, testing, and calibration.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards, oversee MRB activities, and support audits.
- Lead root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Track quality metrics, provide training, and support supplier quality initiatives.
- Maintain accurate quality documentation for shipments.
Requirements include a technical degree, 7+ years in manufacturing quality, leadership experience, and knowledge of industry standards and tools.
