It involves overseeing ISO 9001 compliance, managing customer quality requirements, leading continuous improvement initiatives, and developing the quality team.
Key responsibilities include implementing and maintaining the QMS, managing audits, driving root cause analysis and corrective actions, and collaborating with operations on process improvements.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of manufacturing quality experience, OEM customer interaction, expertise in ISO 9001, APQP, PPAP, and FMEA, and proven leadership skills.
