Job Description:
Manage and maintain the site"s quality management system system
Lead and oversee key quality programs including
change management
out-of-specification investigations
deviations
corrective and preventive actions
Ensure laboratory safety standard are being upheld
Lead a team of 6 laboratory technicians
Plan, coordinate, and facilitate customer audits and quality assesments
Support internal and external audits
Maintain SOPs and controlled quality documentation
