Quality Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Supervisor or Quality Manager to oversee and enhance quality assurance processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. This role requires a strong background in quality control and assurance, as well as the ability to analyze data and implement effective quality management systems. The Quality Manager will lead quality audits and ensure that all products meet the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures in accordance with regulations and ISO standards.
• Conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
• Analyze production processes and product performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and enhance product quality.
• Train staff on quality control procedures and best practices to foster a culture of quality throughout the organization.
• Maintain documentation related to quality assurance activities, including reports on quality audits, corrective actions, and process improvements.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure ongoing compliance with relevant standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Quality Assurance or Engineering
• Proven experience in quality management within a manufacturing setting.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Certification in Quality Management (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Manager) is a plus.
