We are on the hunt for a dedicated, experienced, and detail-oriented Permanent Quality Manager to join our dynamic Manufacturing team. This exciting role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about quality management and has a strong background in manufacturing. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality control and management, ensuring that our products meet the highest possible standards. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role and a strong understanding of various quality management tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage the Quality Management System (QMS) while ensuring compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO-TS standards.
2. Implement and oversee Corrective Action & Preventive Action (CAPA) systems.
3. Utilize Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing methodologies, and FMEA to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
4. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to eliminate recurrence of defects.
5. Use tools such as Pareto analysis and Fishbone Diagram to identify problem areas and develop solutions.
6. Manage the use of Starrett Bytewise 360 and gagepack for quality control and measurement.
7. Perform regular audits and ensure all operations are compliant with industry standards.
8. Develop and implement strategies to improve quality and productivity.
9. Train and mentor team members on quality control processes and standards.
10. Prepare and present quality reports to senior management.

Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Quality Manager role in the manufacturing industry.
2. Proven experience with Corrective Action & Preventive Action (CAPA), IATF 16949, ISO-TS, Pareto analysis, Fishbone Diagram, CAPA Systems, Six Sigma, FMEA, root cause analysis.
3. Experience with Starrett Bytewise 360 and gagepack.
4. At least 2 years of audit experience.
5. Strong knowledge and experience with Lean Manufacturing.
6. Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
7. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
8. Ability to train and mentor team members.
9. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field is preferred.
10. Certification in Quality Management or Six Sigma would be an added advantage.
