Description

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead and continuously improve our Quality Management System. This role is responsible for driving a strong quality culture across the organization, ensuring compliance with ISO and regulatory standards, and leading quality initiatives that improve safety, product quality, and operational efficiency. The Quality Manager works closely with production and leadership teams and serves as the Management Representative for the QMS.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and maintain the Quality Management System (ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO 13485)
  • Serve as Management Representative for audits, compliance, and continuous improvement
  • Manage and mentor Quality Engineers, technicians, and quality staff
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures, GMPs, and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct and oversee internal and external audits
  • Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and respond to customer complaints
  • Partner with production teams on the floor to proactively identify and resolve quality issues
  • Develop and analyze quality metrics, trends, and performance data
  • Maintain calibration, document control, and drawing control systems
  • Support cost-reduction and process-improvement initiatives
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control in a manufacturing environment
  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience required
  • Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, and/or ISO 13485
  • Experience with audits, CAPA, and quality data analysis
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working both in an office and on the production floor
Preferred Experience
  • Manufacturing or assembly-line environment
  • Experience working directly with customers and regulatory bodies
  • Familiarity with FDA, GMP, and other regulatory requirements
Work Environment
  • Combination of office and production floor
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift light items as needed
