Known for its agile, entrepreneurial culture, the brand is quickly gaining traction across both DTC and retail channels.Job DescriptionOversee supplier and contract manufacturer quality programs, including audits, qualifications, and CAPA management. Manage product testing programs (stability, compatibility, safety, SPF, OTC), including timelines, protocols, and reporting. Own and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS), including change control, documentation, deviations, and continuous improvement initiatives. Lead quality investigations, root cause analysis, and complaint management to ensure product integrity and compliance. Support regulatory compliance and documentation, including ingredient listings, artwork review, and product dossiers (PIFs).
