Description

  • Lead and oversee all inspection and quality assurance activities within the facility
  • Manage and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring audit readiness and compliance
  • Develop and track key quality metrics, driving improvements through data analysis
  • Handle non-conformances and corrective actions using structured root cause methodologies
  • Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to improve processes
  • Conduct internal audits, system audits, and supplier evaluations
  • Monitor supplier quality and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Investigate customer complaints and implement preventative solutions
  • Produce regular reports including performance trends and failure analysis
  • Identify and implement initiatives focused on continuous improvement and cost reduction
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the quality team
  • Deliver training and promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred
  • Proven experience in quality leadership within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of QMS frameworks and ISO9001 standards
  • Experience with ERP systems and inspection processes
  • Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma principles; certification is advantageous
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Hands-on experience with precision measurement equipment
  • Strong communication and organizational capabilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and reporting tools
  • Results-driven with high attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
