Annual Compensation: $85,000-$125,000

What You’ll Do

·       • Lead and maintain our Quality Management System (QMS)

·       • Ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO9000, Nadcap, FAR, DFARS, ITAR, and OEM standards

·       • Manage audits, corrective actions, and final product/service release

·       • Supervise and mentor the Quality team

·       • Oversee supplier qualifications and equipment calibration

·       • Promote safety and regulatory compliance across operations

What You Bring

·       • Bachelor’s degree + 10 years in engineering or quality

·       • Aerospace heat treatment experience (steel, aluminum, titanium, etc.)

·       • AS9100 Lead Auditor certification

·       • Six Sigma Green Belt or Lean Manufacturing experience

·       • Strong understanding of QMS principles and technical specs

·       • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

·       • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
