ABOUT THE ROLE
As Quality Manager for Amphenol NovaSensor, you will be a key member of the business leadership team, defining and executing a world-class quality strategy in close partnership with our Amphenol manufacturing operations. You will champion the Voice of the Customer, drive a Zero Defects culture, and advance the organization through the disciplined application of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. In this position, you will have broad organizational impact combining strategic leadership with hands-on operational execution to deliver sustained quality excellence and long-term transformation.
