They are headquartered just outside Chicago and have around 130 employees on site.Job DescriptionDesign and implement a quality management system best suited for our business model.Develop, implement, and maintain quality-related KPIs for all sites.Manage and oversee the RMA process within all North American manufacturing facilities.Oversee & participate in Customer Satisfaction activities.Participate in design for manufacturability activities for cost effectiveness & product.Manage & maintain revision control on all production and quality documentation and records in accordance with best practices and business objectives.Work closely with vendors on quality issues to bring to a conclusion.
