We're looking for a Quality Manager who will play a critical leadership role in advancing our Quality and Environmental Management Systems while driving a culture of accountability, innovation, and operational excellence throughout the organization. You'll be a strategic partner to leadership, a champion for continuous improvement, and a hands-on contributor who helps transform ideas into sustainable processes and measurable results. What You'll Do As our Quality Manager, you'll lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our integrated Quality and Environmental Management Systems (QMS/EMS), ensuring compliance with ISO standards while helping the business achieve its strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities: 1) Lead and maintain ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 management systems across multiple business divisions 2) Serve as the organization's Management Representative and primary liaison with customers, auditors, registrars, and regulatory stakeholders 3) Partner with leaders across the company to strengthen processes, improve performance, and drive operational excellence 4) Develop and maintain procedures, work instructions, process maps, and quality documentation 5)Lead internal audit programs and coordinate external certification and surveillance audits 6) Analyze performance metrics, customer feedback, audit results, and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement 7) Champion Lean initiatives including: 5S, Kanban, Value Stream Mapping, Visual Management, AND Process Flow Optimization 8) Facilitate management reviews and communicate system performance, risks, and improvement opportunities to executive leadership 9) Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) to closure while supporting cross-functional problem solving 10) Promote a culture of quality, safety, environmental responsibility, and continuous improvement throughout the organization A Hands-On Leadership Opportunity This role combines strategic leadership with active participation.
