Lead Quality Management SpecialistLead and shape a high-impact quality management system in a cutting-edge environment. Own AS9100/ISO compliance with strong executive visibility.Job DescriptionEstablish, manage, and continuously improve the Quality Management System. Ensure quality is embedded across all operational processes and functions. Maintain and publish the Quality Manual and supporting documentation. Collect, analyze, and report on quality metrics to drive improvements. Lead Internal Quality Audit programs and ensure audit readiness. Manage supplier quality communications and resolve QA issues. Deliver training programs on process control, inspection, and quality standards. Perform inspections, audits, and final product quality checks when required. Ensure compliance with AS9100 and ISO standards across all operations. Act as Management Representative for all quality-related certifications. Partner cross-functionally to define and implement quality procedures. Lead investigations into product non-conformances and corrective actions. Supervise technical staff conducting inspections and testing. Experience within RF/Microwave or highly regulated manufacturing environments. Strong knowledge of industry drawing standards and MIL-STD specifications (e.g., MIL-STD-883, MIL-STD-38534). Proven experience working with customer specifications and statements of work. Background collaborating with purchasing teams on supplier quality standards. Ability to develop and maintain quality procedures and documentation systems. Experience delivering training and identifying quality skill gaps. Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting performance data. Proven ability to oversee testing, inspection processes, and technical teams. Skilled in writing technical reports and managing audit processes.
