Job TitleLead aerospace-quality strategy with real executive visibilityJob DescriptionLead, implement, and enhance the Quality Management System aligned to industry standards (AS9100, NADCAP). Set and execute quality strategies that improve operational performance and product excellence. Oversee inspection processes across raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods. Drive resolution of nonconformances through root cause analysis and corrective actions. Partner cross-functionally on new product introduction, ensuring robust quality planning. Manage supplier quality performance, including qualification and issue resolution. Act as primary contact for customers, auditors, and regulatory bodies. Lead audit readiness and maintain required certifications. Develop, mentor, and grow a high-performing quality team. Strong expertise in AS9100, NADCAP, and regulated quality environments. Proven track record leading teams and implementing quality systems. Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven problem-solving methodologies. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities. Knowledge of advanced manufacturing or welding processes is highly desirable.
