Quality Management Systems ProfessionalLead and maintain Quality Management Systems including ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 compliance programs. Plan, conduct, and manage internal and external audits while driving corrective and preventive actions. Collaborate with cross-functional manufacturing, engineering, and operational teams to improve processes and system performance. Manage OEM customer quality requirements, customer concerns, and quality improvement initiatives. Facilitate root cause analysis, FMEA activities, risk assessments, and continuous improvement projects. They should have 5+ years of experience in Quality Systems, Quality Engineering, or Quality Management within a manufacturing environment. Strong expertise with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards and implementation is required. Hands-on experience conducting audits, managing corrective actions, and driving compliance initiatives is necessary. Working knowledge of PPAP, FMEA, IMDS, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and OEM quality processes is essential.
