Now hiring Quality Lab Tech

Location: Rogers, AR

Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

  • Control, review, approve, retain, and retrieve quality system documentation, including Batch History Records (BHRs)
  • Ensure documentation complies with internal quality standards, ISO requirements, and applicable regulatory guidelines
  • Review production and quality records for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
  • Maintain document control systems and ensure proper record retention and organization
  • Support material and product release activities by verifying required documentation is complete and accurate
  • Assist with audits, inspections, and quality system compliance initiatives
  • Coordinate document revisions, approvals, and distribution of controlled documents
  • Maintain accurate records and support continuous improvement efforts within the Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve documentation discrepancies and ensure compliance standards are met

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 5+ years of Quality Assurance, document control, or quality systems experience in an ISO-, FDA-, or USDA-regulated manufacturing environment
  • Experience reviewing and maintaining controlled documentation and quality records
  • Knowledge of quality systems and regulatory requirements, including ISO 9001 and other applicable standards preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and recordkeeping skills
  • Ability to interpret quality standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Proficient computer skills and experience with document management systems preferred
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and compliance standards
