What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of manufacturing experience
• Proficiency using power tools and hand tools
• Ability to read specifications and match-mark bolts
• Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs.
• Must be able to differentiate colors

What You'll Do as a Mechanical Quality Technician:

• Perform visual and functional inspections of components, assemblies, and completed golf carts
• Record and document inspection results, defects, and non-conformities
• Troubleshoot defective parts and conduct rework or repairs
• Use torque wrenches and match-mark bolts on cart undercarriages
• Ensure all carts meet final inspection standards before shipment
• Assist in developing and improving quality processes in a fast-growing company
