Quality InspectorThe Quality Inspector is responsible for performing visual and microscope-based inspections of microelectronic and medical device components in a cleanroom environment. This role ensures products meet strict quality and regulatory standards by identifying defects, documenting inspection results, and following established procedures. The ideal candidate has experience using microscopes, excellent attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to perform repetitive inspection tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.Responsibilities:Perform visual and microscope-based inspection of microelectronic and medical device components to ensure compliance with quality standardsInspect products for defects, inconsistencies, and non-conformances while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detailWork in a cleanroom environment while adhering to all safety, quality, and contamination control proceduresFollow standardized inspection procedures, work instructions, and quality documentation requirementsAccurately document inspection results and maintain electronic and written quality recordsUtilize microscopes and other inspection equipment to evaluate small, precision componentsIdentify, report, and escalate quality issues or defects to the appropriate personnelPerform repetitive inspection tasks while maintaining productivity and quality expectations throughout the shiftOperate basic computer systems to record inspection data and support production activitiesSupport continuous improvement initiatives and comply with FDA, GMP, and company quality standardsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with manufacturing and cleanroom requirementsWork collaboratively with production, engineering, and quality teams to ensure products meet customer and regulatory requirementsBe available to work the required Thursday–Sunday schedule and overtime on Fridays as needed
