About the site:Our Fremont, CA site is a leading hub for medical device innovation and manufacturing, specializing in catheter-based technologies. With advanced clean room operations, the facility supports end-to-end production from development through high-volume manufacturing in a regulated environment.

About the role:In this role, you'll perform in-process and final visual inspections to ensure our parts meet quality standards. You'll work directly on the production floor-collecting samples, completing visual checks, and documenting results. It's a detail-focused, high-responsibility position that calls for strong judgment, consistency, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You'll also use and learn specialized quality inspection tools and equipment to support accurate, reliable inspections.

Shift: Monday - Friday 3rd Shift 10:45PM - 7:15AMCompensation: Potential salary range for this role is $22.00-$24.50 per hour. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

What you'll do:

Collects samples at scheduled intervals from each machinePerform the necessary visual Quality/SPC testing procedures on samples (in-process, incoming, and final inspections)Utilize tools, gauges and other inspection equipment to obtain product specification dataAccurately record information consistent with the department format.Perform basic ERP transactionsCommunicate with Machine Technicians, Operators and Production Supervisors to run a consistent quality product.Follow all departmental procedures with respect to routine daily assignments. High School Diploma or GED (preferred)

Experience:
