Responsibilities:
Summary:

A quality inspector is responsible for evaluating products, services, and processes to ensure compliance with established quality standards and regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include verifying product quality through measurement and testing, performing audits, documenting results, recommending corrective actions, and developing quality control procedures aimed at process improvement and prevention of future issues.

Responsibilities:
Promote Quality values and support mentoring others to foster a culture focused on Quality, emphasizing that Quality is a shared responsibility.
Responsible for assessing and verifying that the finished product meets or exceeds quality specifications. The Inspector will rotate between production lines, conducting quality checks on a continuous basis throughout their shift.
Ensure all finished goods are packaged correctly and have accurate labeling prior to being transferred to the warehouse.
Conduct audits and validations of quality and process documentation, collaborating with the Production team to confirm the accuracy of test data and process conditions.
Address any mechanical problems or quality concerns by communicating directly with the Production and Maintenance teams.This temporary position will primarily be responsible for testing specific finished goods products during or after production trials to assist in new product qualifications.
Engage in new product trials and conduct comprehensive testing to facilitate the plants capacity expansion and support business growth.
Responsible for housekeeping and ensuring health and safety for both you and your colleagues. Foster a collaborative team environment.
Ensure adherence to all plant rules and policies, as well as compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Physical Requirements:
Vision: Ability to read letters and numbers, as well as differentiate between colors.
Range of Motion: Capable of bending, pushing, and pulling.
Lifting Capacity: Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Sitting/Standing: Required to stand and move for eight hours daily, with overtime possible.
