The Behavioral Health Quality Improvement Manager is responsible for leading the integration of quality, compliance, and risk management activities across behavioral health programs. This role emphasizes collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to promote high-quality, client-centered clinical services and ensure adherence to regulatory standards. Key functions include audit preparation, investigations, monitoring, data collection and analysis, reporting, and oversight of grievances. The position also supports the development and implementation of relevant trainings and may include supervisory responsibilities.
Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000
