Community Bridges is looking for a less then part time Quality Improvement Assistant!
We are a non-profit agency founded in 1982 with a mission to advance the integration, growth, and interdependence of people with developmental disabilities within their own communities. Building on the strengths of over 1,100 individuals in the greater Capital Area and their families, we work to identify barriers of access to find creative solutions to develop meaningful community engagement.
The Quality Improvement Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing support to the quality improvement processes at the agency. The Admin's primary tasks are data entry, tracking and coordination of processes.
Qualifications:
Education: Associate's Degree preferred.
Experience: Four years' experience in project management, administrative or clerical position; experience with human service agencies preferred. Experience with Microsoft Word, Adobe, Excel, Access and other databases.

2. Reports – May run reports from databases to provide data to Supervisor and Vice President of Admin Operations. Will assist with data summary and analysis for QI Reports.
3. Committee Participation – Participates in HRC Committee, QI Committee, IAC and semi-annual provider agency meetings to speak on quality improvement initiatives, issues and metrics and record meeting minutes.
4. Audit, Surveys and Mailings May create surveys using Survey Monkey or Constant Contact, at request of Director and coordinate processes for surveying stakeholders, employees and community satisfaction. Will coordinate process for mailings to clients, families and other stakeholders to send them materials about changes in practice or educating them about current practice (Ex: Clients Rights process; Complaint Process). Participate in audit preparation, data entry and reporting.

Individual must be able to self-manage work tasks. Some periods work flow is more demanding than others. Some periods of stress. Will periodically have a short deadline to complete a task.
