By harnessing our history of energy industry firsts, along with the power of digital innovation, we will continue to deliver for the future.Position OverviewThe Environmental, Health, & Safety (EHS) & Quality Manager will lead the QEH&S functions across all U.S. Service regions and sites. This role will ensure regulatory compliance, drive a strong safety and quality culture in field service operations, and provide governance, expertise, and leadership to enable safe, compliant, and high‑quality service execution. This role will be based in Houston or Dallas/Fort Worth, TX.Essential ResponsibilitiesLead the EHS&Q function across all U.S. service regions sitesEnsure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local agencies (OSHA, EPA, DOT, and etc.)Lead and oversee risk assessments, job hazard analysis (JHAs), audits, incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actionsOwn and serve as the subject‑matter expert on safety programs, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), work permits, Confined Space Entry, etc.Drive field supervision checks ensuring PPE compliance, safe work environments, proper tooling use, calibrated tool practices, and adherence to field service manualsOversee environmental processes related to waste oil, chemical and water disposal, filtration systems, and site environmental controlsLead internal audits and support external inspections, regulatory visits, and customer auditsOversee quality‑related issues stemming from service workCollaborate cross‑functionally with various departments to ensure alignment, share information, and drive efficient coordinated executionSupport training programs for EHS&Q, environmental compliance, and service qualityDevelop, implement, and maintain U.S. specific processes, procedures, and standards aligned with Company requirementsBuild reporting dashboards and metrics for leadership visibilityStandardize practices across all shops, project sites, and field service locationsProvide day‑to‑day guidance, feedback, and support to team membersAssign work, set clear expectations, and ensure responsibilities are understoodProvide coaching, conduct routine check‑ins, and maintain a positive, collaborative team environmentSupport onboarding and training for new hiresHelp drive accountability and maintain consistency across the teamPerforms other duties as assigned to assist with successful operations and business continuityEligibility RequirementsBachelor's degree in Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Quality, or related field; or equivalent professional experienceMinimum seven (7) or more years of EHS&Q experienceExperience conducting audits, investigations, risk assessments, and program developmentExperience in field service, industrial operations, oil & gas, energy, or ancillary environmentProficiency in Microsoft OfficeWillingness to travel up to 50% as business demandsValid driver's licenseLegally authorized to work in the U.S.Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesStrong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT, and related regulatory frameworksStrong leadership skills, problem‑solving abilities and attention to detailAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple prioritiesStrong understanding of U.S. safety and environmental regulationsAbility to interpret regulations and convert them into actionable field processesAbility to travel to field sites, projects, shops, and customer locations as neededExcellent communication skills with ability to partner with technicians, service leaders, and executives.Ability to build a new function and improve existing programsAbility to work in a field or office environmentAbility to stand, sit, walk, use hands and fingers, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, hear, climb, balance#J-18808-Ljbffr
