Key Responsibilities
· Provide quality planning, control, and continuous improvement support for manufacturing and operations teams.
· Support production through containment activities, inspections, quality procedures, and process monitoring.
· Monitor and report quality KPIs to operations teams and management.
· Analyze quality data to identify trends and drive corrective actions.
· Utilize quality tools to improve manufacturing processes and product quality.
· Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, supply management, and suppliers to resolve quality issues.
· Participate in product development and manufacturing engineering activities.
· Conduct inspections and evaluate engineering work for compliance with quality standards.
· Assist in developing engineering specifications, quality standards, and process improvements.
· Support project execution and cross-functional quality initiatives.
· Drive root cause investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions.
· Maintain compliance with quality systems, industry standards, and company procedures.
Summary:
Provide quality engineering support for manufacturing operations by driving quality planning, process control, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor quality KPIs, analyze data to identify trends, and lead root cause investigations with corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, engineering, supply management, and suppliers, to resolve quality issues, improve processes, and ensure compliance with quality systems, engineering specifications, and industry standards while supporting product development and manufacturing projects.
