Job Title: Quality Engineer
Job Description
We are seeking a Quality Engineer who will identify root causes through corrective and preventive actions, implement and validate these plans, and oversee the quality management system. The role involves improving production methods, product quality, and equipment performance. You will be responsible for data collection, entry, and reporting for product conformance and process capability, and for developing and implementing methods and standards for products, materials, equipment, returns, testing, calibration, and processes. Support for AS9100 and ISO 9001 quality management standards, utilizing statistical process control, and supporting mechanical and electrical testing are also key aspects of this role. Our products support multiple industries such as Aerospace/Defense and Medical device.

Work Environment
You will report to the Quality Manager and work within a group of engineers and technicians. Our company is a leader in connectors and cables for fiber optics, supporting regulated environments such as government, aerospace, defense, medical, and industrial sectors. This role requires U.S. citizenship, as we cannot provide visa sponsorship. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
