They are currently seeking a Quality Engineer with a strong background in the steel/heavy industrial industries.Job DescriptionSupport quality assurance efforts within a large-scale manufacturing environment by ensuring products meet customer specifications and internal standardsPartner closely with operations to provide metallurgical and technical support across productionAnalyze process and product data to identify opportunities for quality improvementLead and support root cause investigations, rejection analysis, and corrective actionsPerform internal audits and maintain compliance with quality systems and procedureDevelop and present quality reports and participate in quality-related meetingsConduct daily floor audits to ensure operations are running within defined parametersDrive continuous improvement initiatives focused on process efficiency and product qualityMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
