We are seeking a Quality Engineer who is passionate about software quality, customer impact, and continuous improvement. This role is intentionally flexible in scope, supporting multiple web-based platforms such as the Creator Home Web App, Learn on Adobe.com, as well as other high priority or urgent initiatives as business needs evolve. You will play a critical role in maintaining a high-quality bar while enabling teams to move quickly and confidently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, document, and execute comprehensive test strategies for new features and regression coverage across multiple initiatives.
  • Perform hands-on testing across modern web applications, including functional, integration, regression, and smoke testing.
  • Support multiple release cycles per week to ensure customers receive timely features and bug fixes.
  • Work closely with development teams to improve software delivery processes and ensure quality is built into every stage of development.
  • Take full end-to-end ownership of testing and release readiness for assigned features or projects, including fastmoving or urgent initiatives when required.
  • Coordinate testing activities with offshore and distributed teams to ensure alignment, clarity, and timely execution.
  • Contribute to raising the overall quality bar by sharing best practices and growing the technical expertise of the broader quality engineering team.
Required Skills:
  • 5+ years of experience testing modern web applications as a Quality Engineer, with strong hands-on expertise in functional, integration, and regression testing.
  • Experience testing AI or ML-powered product features, including validation of model outputs, error handling, and edge cases.
  • Solid understanding of modern testing practices across the full software development lifecycle, with experience working in Agile environments.
  • Proven ability to create, document, and maintain pragmatic, scalable test strategies.
  • Experience working with or coordinating offshore teams, including planning, execution alignment, and effective communication across time zones.
  • Experience clearly documenting, reporting, and communicating quality status and test results to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and shifting priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong team first mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with CI tools (such as Jenkins) and collaboration tools including Jira, Slack, and Wikis.
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools, technologies, and product domains.
  • Experience building and maintaining automated end-to-end test coverage for web applications (e.g., using Playwright).
  • Handson experience testing APIbased applications as an Automation Engineer.
  • Backend API testing experience.
  • Experience leading or mentoring Quality Engineers.
