Job DescriptionA client in the aerospace and defense industry is looking to hire a Quality Engineer to their team in Rochester, NY. They will be responsible for participating in supplier calls and providing preventative actions such as customer escapes, process nonconformities, supplier corrective actions, customer control, and material review board meetings. They will help create material review boards (MRB) and design reviews for the team. They will also be responsible for supporting high level quality engagements and communicate with program managers and the design and manufacturing team. They will work in a cubical and spend some time on the production floor.
