    Opportunity: 

    Kem Krest is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to support quality system compliance, product launches, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role involves working cross-functionally with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to uphold quality standards and drive process optimization.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Adhere to and communicate quality system and supplier documentation
    • Interpret part drawings and reject non-conforming materials
    • Support and execute APQP and product launch processes
    • Apply lean principles to improve quality and operational efficiency
    • Conduct internal, product, and 2nd party audits
    • Execute CAPA processes and support resolution of non-conformances
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on quality initiatives and customer-facing activities
    • Support ROI analysis and understand the financial impact of quality processes
    • Lead or support problem-solving and root cause analysis
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory, customer, and supplier requirements

    Your Contributions: 

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred; 2–4 years of relevant experience accepted in lieu
    • 0–2 years of experience in quality or manufacturing environments
    • Preferred certifications: IATF, Lead Auditor, Lean/Six Sigma, EMA, VDA
    • Strong understanding of CAPA, APQP, and audit processes
    • Excellent communication and analytical skills
    • Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory compliance
