Quality Engineer

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

1. Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright and Selenium WebDriver with Java for web application testing.

2. Create and execute functional, regression, smoke, and end-to-end test suites to ensure application quality and reliability.

3. Develop scalable test automation frameworks following industry best practices such as Page Object Model (POM), data-driven, and hybrid frameworks.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Integrate automated test suites with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.) to support continuous testing.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to understand requirements and define comprehensive test scenarios.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues

Generic Managerial Skills, If any

• Experience scaling QA teams in fast-paced, growth-stage or enterprise environments.
• Familiarity or worked within cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Rally/Jira reporting
• Work on biweekly, monthly Executive leadership updates including BUR and experience presenting to senior leadership including VPs
• Finance, Regulatory, Compliance domain knowledge a plus

Salary Range- $100,000-$120,000 a year
