This role is responsible for executing quality engineering activities throughout the project lifecycle, including project quality planning, compliance verification, nonconformance management, and ensuring all deliverables meet defined requirements.[/p][h3]Core Responsibilities[/h3]Support project quality planning, including contract/spec review, and ensure all deliverables meet NQA-1, customer, and internal standardsParticipate in design reviews and develop inspection/test plans and quality documentation to ensure requirements are clearly defined and metManage nonconformances and corrective actions (CARs/SCARs), including tracking, root cause analysis, and timely resolutionCollaborate cross‑functionally and with suppliers to resolve quality issues impacting project executionConduct audits, support customer/regulatory reviews, maintain compliant quality records, and analyze data to drive continuous improvementSuccess CriteriaYou're not just a Quality Engineer; you're a problem‑solver, collaborator, and innovator. Whether leading audits, supporting supplier quality programs, or conducting detailed compliance checks, you bring clarity and assurance to every project. You ensure all work meets NQA-1 and customer requirements.Collaboration is critical to your success. You partner with Project Managers, Engineers, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to identify risks, resolve quality issues, and maintain alignment with project objectives.
