Job Title: Quality Engineer
Job Description
The Quality Engineer will be responsible for supporting new program launches by creating and submitting PPAPs and APQPs, leading 8D and corrective actions meetings, and developing control plans and PFMEAs. The role involves working with internal teams, customers, and suppliers, with an equal focus on pre-production and post-production activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with strong analytical skills, capable of making data-driven decisions.

Work Environment
The Quality Engineer will report to the Quality Manager and General Manager, working on a team with two other Quality Engineers and closely with Quality Technicians. Collaboration with Process Engineers, Program Managers, Automation Engineers, and Operations is essential. The work shift is from 7 am, totaling 45-50 hours a week. Employees receive 10 days of PTO, 6 paid holidays, and access to Udemy after 6 months. The company is a world-class precision machining and assembly organization with a focus on high-volume automated processes, primarily serving the automotive industry.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $43.27/hr.
