They have high growth plans, and this is an outstanding opportunity to get in at ground level as they add new products and processes to their current portfolio.About the RoleI'm hiring a Quality Engineer or Senior Quality Engineer to support program quality, supplier quality, and internal production quality initiatives in a manufacturing environment. This is in the southwest corner of the Minneapolis suburbs.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, driving root cause and corrective action, working cross-functionally, and supporting high-quality delivery for aerospace, defense, or advanced manufacturing programs.What you'll do:Support program, customer, supplier, and internal quality initiativesLead root cause analysis and corrective action activitiesReview drawings, specifications, flowdowns, and First Article InspectionsSupport customer and internal auditsPrepare and review acceptance data packagesUse quality tools such as SPC, PFMEA, MSA, CAPA, and risk mitigationPartner with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and customers to resolve quality issuesHelp reduce scrap, rework, and repair through continuous improvement effortsIdeal background:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Aerospace Engineering, or related fieldQuality experience in manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or a related environment preferredAbility to read drawings, schematics, and technical specificationsKnowledge of AS9100, ISO9001, or related Quality Management SystemsExperience with FAIs, audits, corrective actions, and supplier quality is a plusStrong communication, problem-solving, and computer skillsThis is a great opportunity for someone who wants to make a direct impact on quality, delivery, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.#J-18808-Ljbffr
