Description

  • Develop and implement quality inspection and assurance plans
  • Lead root cause investigations, CAPAs, and customer complaint resolution
  • Design and support inspection tools, gauges, fixtures, and CMM programs
  • Partner with production and engineering on non‑conforming material disposition
  • Train and mentor inspectors, operators, and engineering staff on quality standards
  • Support internal audits, supplier quality, and QMS initiatives
  • Drive continuous improvement, SPC, PPAP, and PFMEA activities

Profile

  • 3+ years of experience in a Quality Engineering or Quality Assurance role
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality systems
  • Experience in regulated industries (military, aerospace, medical, or defense)
  • Hands‑on experience with inspection methods, gauging, and metrology
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating cross‑functionally
