Description
Partner closely with Engineering and Operations to ensure designs meet approved specifications and customer requirements
Develop, maintain, and improve quality procedures and systems to ensure full compliance with standards
Support Programme Management requirements and ensure quality flow-downs are properly implemented
Deliver training on quality processes and documentation to new and existing employees
Conduct detailed inspections using a range of measurement tools to verify product conformity
Assess and manage vendor compliance with quality expectations
Analyse quality data and provide guidance to maintain and improve standards
Lead continuous improvement initiatives across processes, systems, and protocols
Work independently to manage quality deliverables with minimal supervision
Profile
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering REQUIRED
5+ years' experience in a quality engineering or similar role
Working knowledge of AS9100 quality standards
Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T (ASME Y14.5)
Experience using CMM and other inspection equipment
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project
Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities
Strong communication skills with a proactive mindset
