- Weekend Shift: 7:00 pm to 7:00 am (Sat - Sun) with alternating 6:00 am - 10:00 pm/11:00 am - 3:00 pm (Friday) schedule
Responsibilities:
- Execute quality holds, investigations, and corrective actions
- Maintain accurate and compliant quality documentation and records
- Support food safety and quality systems within manufacturing operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to standards
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Assist in audits and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- 35 years of experience in:
- Quality Assurance / Quality Control
- Food Safety
- Manufacturing / Production environments
- Hands-on experience with:
- Quality holds
- Investigations and root cause analysis
- Documentation and reporting
- Strong understanding of production processes and quality compliance
Preferred Skills:
- Associates or Bachelors degree in:
- Food Science
- Quality
- Manufacturing or related field
- Familiarity with:
- QCMS (Quality Management Systems)
- HACCP
- FSSC (Food Safety System Certification)
