The Role:
The Quality Engineer plays a key role in executing RMS's quality strategy across projects, manufacturing operations, and supply chain activities. This position is responsible for driving quality performance through risk identification and mitigation, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, supplier quality management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
The successful candidate will partner closely with Engineering, Operations, Project Management, and Supply Chain teams to ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and internal quality requirements while supporting the delivery of high-quality products and services. Responsibilities include leading quality investigations, facilitating problem-solving efforts, supporting product and process verification activities, analyzing quality metrics, and implementing sustainable improvements that enhance operational performance and customer satisfaction.
This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented engineering professional with strong analytical and communication skills, a solid understanding of quality systems and methodologies, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. The position offers opportunities to lead strategic quality initiatives and contribute to the continued growth and operational excellence of the organization.
