This is a hands-on Quality Engineer role supporting mechanical products through production, testing, and process improvement. You'll work cross-functionally with engineering and operations to ensure compliance with strict aerospace quality standards while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Description
- Partner with engineering and operations to ensure designs meet quality and compliance standards
- Develop and maintain quality procedures, documentation, and customer deliverables
- Perform inspections and testing to validate product conformance using various tools
- Drive continuous improvement across systems, processes, and quality controls
- Ensure supplier/vendor quality compliance and support audits as needed
- Create training materials and lead quality-related training initiatives

Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (required)
- 2-5+ years of experience in quality or mechanical engineering
- Working knowledge of AS9100 or similar quality management systems
- Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and GD&T
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and communication skills
- Eligible to obtain a security clearance (U.S. Person requirement)
