Position Statement:
We are looking for a Temporary RN to support our Quality Team during a high-volume period where we are short staffed. Responsibilities will vary depending on the candidate’s experience and availability but may include reviewing clinical informatics data of clinical and patient safety measures, as well as performing clinical chart reviews. We also anticipate this position will work with the Employee Health and Infection Prevention RNs as our departments transition paper employee health records to a new software platform.
We anticipate that this position will be needed for 20 to 32 hours each week for approximately three months and will be benefit-eligible. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to quality, employee health and infection prevention initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Completing clinical chart reviews
- Assisting in the transition from a paper employee health record to implementation of new employee health software program.
- Providing back-up Employee Health RN services as needed.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Must be a registered nurse with at least 2 years’ experience and with strong clinical skills.
