The Quality Data Coordinator is responsible for collection, production and maintenance of reports, databases and documents within the Quality Department. This includes report generation from various databases. This position includes data preparation and analysis to support quality initiatives, metrics, program process improvement including regulatory and accreditation requirements and research. Data collection in a variety of performance improvement functions and comparative benchmarking projects. This includes but is not limited to the design and implementation of data collection systems, data trending, analysis and presentation. The data coordinator assists leadership with data analysis, presentation and interpretation. They are expected to identify problems and assist with developing resolutions with moderate direction. The data coordinator will work with employees at all levels and responsibility. Employees are further expected to provide a high quality of care, service, and kindness toward all patients, staff, physicians, volunteers and guests. These duties are to be performed in a highly confidential manner, following the mission, values, and behaviors of Insight Hospital and Medical Center.
